Shipping - Free shipping on all MICR toner cartridges

We ship 99% of all orders same day! To make sure your order goes out the same day, place your order by 4:00EST. If it''s after 4:00EST and it''s imperative that the order goes out same day, no problem place it by phone (800.722-2804) before 5:00 and we''ll get it out.

Contiguous United States Shipping Policy

  • MICR Toner Cartridges - Ship FedEx Ground free of charge (contiguous US only).

  • Check Paper & Envelopes - Shipped FedEx Ground- Actual FedEx Cost

Air shipping is additional.

USPS Shipping - Any shipment that requires US Postal service such as shipping to PO Boxes or military shipments will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and will be charged actual USPS charges plus a $10 service charge. We will not replace or refund any lost or damaged shipments using USPS.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands

  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico FedEx Ground is now available for Alaska, Puerto Rico and portions of Hawaii. FedEx Ground charges to these areas are not included in our prices and you will be billed appropriately. (Currently our website does not properly calculate FedEx Ground charges and will be manually entered upon receipt of your order)
  • US Virgin Islands FedEx Ground is not available for the US Virgin Islands, so orders are typically shipped FedEx 2 day air. 2 day air charges are not included in the price and you will be billed appropriately upon receipt of your order.
