This is my first order with Micrpro, but it will definitely not be the last.  I placed my order online, accidentally selecting the wrong type of form.  Before shipping out the forms I ordered, Kevin called to confirm that this was indeed what I wanted.  As it was not, he corrected my order and it arrived promptly.  In a world where true customer service seems to be a myth, it was refreshing to feel valued.  I will be referring all my associates to Micrpro from now on.
